Clere changes lives with grand prize handover

The Clere Hand & Body lotions and crèmes winter campaign came to an emotional end this month, when three grand prize winners received R200 000 between them. “The Clere winter campaign is an opportunity for us to enrich our loyal consumers lives, a mission that the brand strives to achieve,” said Kateko Ramoshaba, Clere brand manager.

The three grand prize winners, all hailing from Gauteng, were told that they had won a prize, but the amount was only revealed to them at a beautifully hosted Clere event. Sibongile Mboloe, 36 years old and from Vereeniging, was the main prize winner of a whopping R100 000. An emotional Sibongile was so excited and will be using the money to purchase a house and invest the rest for her daughter to continue attending school. 

Ntswaki Malau, 30 years old and from Sasolburg, won a life changing R70 000 which she will be using to fix her house. She was so thankful and couldn’t believe that she had won.  The last grand prize winner was Nthabiseng Mokhala, 21 years old and from the Vaal.  Nthabiseng could hardly speak, she was so emotional on the unveiling of her cheque. She is studying to be a safety officer and this money will help her to qualify. She urged all consumers to enter future Clere competitions as she is proof that you can win.

Ramoshaba said that it is very rare to see such an emotional reaction from consumers, and to be able to connect with them on this level is heart-warming. “To conquer the world, we need more than just beautiful skin, and Clere is here to help you achieve your dreams.”

The campaign saw over 200 000 thousand entries from Clere users around the country. In addition to the R200 000 worth of grand prizes, a total of R300 000 was given away in daily cash prizes during the 4-month campaign.

“We changed three people’s lives today. It is such an amazing feeling, and we promise to continue enriching more lives,” concluded Ramoshaba.
